International Hebrew Braille Sefer Torah

The Hebrew Braille Sefer Torah can be used in any location around the world!

In the United States we centralize the storage of the Braille Sefer Torahs in one location and allow them to be borrowed and returned by the blind and visually impaired, as needed. This provides the most economic way to fulfill the needs of this Jewish group.

We are not able to apply this approach from our location easily for other countries. We believe the best way to handle this it to have an entity in that country act as the local source. This will require a scroll(s) to be purchased by someone in that country and have them act as the central source or develop their own program for that country.

If your entity has such an interest please contact Devarim Institute. Contact information can be found on the links to the left. We can discuss the program in detail and arrange to make a Hebrew Braille Sefer Torah for you and your country.
