Help for the Blind and Visually Impaired
Devarim Institute was formed in 2007. It began as a company focused on educational research and development. For the past eight years it has concentrated on providing solutions for participation in civic life of the blind and visually impaired. We have created a number of free products that will allow the blind and visually impaired to fully participate in their communities.
